In the study, the data of ECG and MCG for more than 300 patients are compared to CT and other cardiac examinations. This trial was conducted at 28 locations and 1,220 patients who are with stenosis >50%, comparing PCI + medical therapy to medical therapy alone. The 888 patients who are FFR<0,80 were randomly categorized in either group. At 5 years, the patients FFR-guided PCI group showed significantly lower rate than medical therapy only group, for composite end point of death, myocardial infarction, or urgent revascularization.
